Our Approach
In implementing SAP BPC, we use a “Pre-enablement” approach, leveraging our existing business process solution templates.
The Pre-enablement process is carried out as early as the design phase, with the aim of gathering input in the form of delta requirements that need to be developed in the development phase.
Through this approach, the team can focus more on solutions and the development of delta requirements, which is expected to accelerate the implementation duration.
